You’ll find many vessels travelling to the Polar Regions. How to choose? We’ve been travelling to the Antarctic every year since 1980. We are confident that your experience with us will be more authentic and more satisfying than any other. Quest provides a knowledgeable and congenial leader naturalist leader who puts it all in perspective (find out more about Tony Beck); the Russian scientific expedition vessel Akademik Ioffe with a capacity limited to 86 passengers, all in outside view cabins and a superior expedition program with lots of opportunities to get up close and personal in Zodiacs.

It’s an experience we know will appeal to the curious traveller. We invite you to become one of the fortunate few who have set foot in Antarctica with Quest.

If your internal thermometer looks for warmth in the winter months, then our Carribean Quest is for you. Professor Alan Watson is travelling back to THE hotspot for neo-tropical bird watching in February, 2010 and you’ll want to be a part of the group. It’s a relaxing tropical pace with stays in just two places. If you’re looking for a special tropical nature treat, the warm sunny islands of Trinidad and Tobago may be just the thing.

Check out our other February naturalist led trips to make sure you get away this winter: Cuba, Belize & Guatemala; Costa Rica; Tanzania.

What better way to get to know a country than through its cuisine? Our classic trip to North India takes on a fresh twist with special meals, market visits and cooking classes.

We’re hosted by celebrity chefs and by friends and families and stay in comfortable heritage hotels. Cooking instructor Linda Stephen will interpret the recipes and techniques so that it’s all do-able at home. Get away from winter and experience India’s warmth with us.

Our most recent Cultural Explorations brochure features a cornucopia of Custom Journeys from Argentina to Vietnam. It’s surprisingly easy to create a one-of-a-kind travel experience, with the same high level of care and attention as our small groups and the flexibility you need in dates, itinerary and budget.

Call or email Carolyn, our Private Journey specialist, to start planning now. Our most recent Private Journeys have been to the Galapagos, to Turkey and to India.

WQ INFORMATION EVENING: AMAZON RAINFOREST OF BRAZIL
We’ve loved our 18 passenger Amazon expedition vessel, the M/V Tucano, for years. All our travellers agree that this is the very best way to experience the beauty and majesty of the Amazon River. Mark Baker, our man in the Amazon, will be in Toronto to tell us more about this classic expedition voyage.
October 27 at 7:00 pm, WQ office at 491 King Street East (2 blocks east of Parliament).
Please RSVP to Kerry at 416.633.5666 or by email kerry@worldwidequest.com.
