This very special tour to the Yukon is perfectly timed with the extraordinary Moosehide Gathering. This indigenous biennial cultural event celebrates the spirit and resilience of Yukon First Nations people who continue to preserve, grow, and revitalize their culture.

For years, the Yukon has been a destination for wild adventures and wild beauty. But the land does not live alone. Yukon has been home to its original inhabitants since Kwäday Kwädan's “long ago people” times. Home to 14 First Nations and a growing population of settlers from far and wide, Yukon is intrinsically rich with a vibrant art and culture, and a growing international culinary scene.

UBC grad Michelle Sitbon is joined by artistic director Lynn Feasey, who shares over 25 years of insight and experience working with northern arts and culture to host this trip. Together they invite you onto the land and into the lives and studios of artists, storytellers, and culture bearers while experiencing the magic of a Yukon summer. This very special insider tour will deepen your connection to Yukon’s diverse cultural landscape.

Enjoy a relaxed pace with three nights in each of Dawson City and Whitehorse, plus a special experience of a stay at the lovely Inn at the Lake on the shore of Lake Marsh.
